2025 was all about progress at Joiin. Not just in what we built, but in how our customers are using us day to day. We rolled out a completely new reporting experience, introduced Joiin Intelligence to help teams get clearer insights faster, and shipped over 300 new features across reporting, integrations and workflows.
Behind the scenes, the numbers tell their own story. Over 65,000 connected companies, more than 12 million reports created, and billions of transactions processed. That translated into real time saved for finance teams, around 430,000 hours back to focus on decisions rather than data wrangling.
We also welcomed new integrations with Puzzle and Pennylane, expanded non financial data tracking, launched our Excel Add-in, and opened up even more flexibility through Zapier. Every one of these updates came directly from conversations with customers about how reporting actually works in the real world.
It was also a year of recognition. We became an Intuit Platinum App Partner, were featured app of the month with both QuickBooks and Xero, earned ICB accreditation, and were proud to take home Xero’s Canada Small Business App of the Year, as well as FinTech of the Year at the Tech South West Awards.
Perhaps most importantly, we were reminded just how engaged and generous our community is. Over 600 five star reviews, honest feedback, and plenty of real world use cases that continue to shape what we build next.
