The annual Accounting Excellence Awards celebrate those making great contributions to the profession, inspiring their colleagues, peers, and customers to even greater heights with their ambition, growth and innovation.
Each year, the awards bring together like-minded, forward-thinking firms who strive to be the best at everything they do. This year’s event will be the biggest ever awards night in London on 8 September 2022.
Expert judges have carefully reviewed a record number of entries this year to select a final shortlist – and we’re delighted to be on the list for the Partnership Award.

Rewarding our partnership approach
In our award submission, we were asked to describe and evidence our partnership ethos, how we go the extra mile to help your customers and what we do to support their growth.
Essentially, we focus on making complex financial consolidation easier. We do this by giving our partners the platform they need to automate and power their reporting. This helps accountants to claw back vital time that they can put to better use elsewhere in their work.
Using our Joiin platform, accountants get a better real-time understanding of group finances, meaning more time adding value to their clients, ultimately encouraging more collaboration between partner and client.

Customer collaboration is built into our very fabric. We proactively ask people what features they want and how we can improve. We gather feedback via customer support initiatives such as support tickets, emails, chats, and seminars. We then work closely with customers to deliver a roadmap that has their needs – as well as our pillars of simplicity, accuracy, and low cost – at its core.
To date, we’ve delivered 250+ product updates – driven purely by customer requests.
