Joiin Rewards Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 8th April 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Joiin Rewards, including swag and the quarterly $500 prize draws.

1. Promoter

The promoter of Joiin Rewards and the associated prize draws is Joiin Ltd.


2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are customers or users of the Joiin platform.
Employees of Joiin Ltd are excluded from the prize draw.


3. What Joiin Rewards Covers

Joiin Rewards is a customer advocacy programme that recognises and rewards individuals who share their experience of using Joiin.

Qualifying contributions may include reviews, customer stories, videos, social posts, or profile updates referencing Joiin.


4. Ways to Take Part

You can participate in Joiin Rewards by:

  • Leaving a review on Xero, QuickBooks, G2 and/or Google
  • Sharing a short post or video
  • Taking part in a Joiin case study
  • Adding Joiin to your LinkedIn skills

If you share content on social media, we encourage you to publish on LinkedIn and tag @Joiin. You may also share the same content across other platforms. Please refer to joiin.co/rewards for full details about the programme.


5. Swag

All participants who share qualifying content will receive one item of exclusive Joiin swag as a thank you.


6. Prize Draw Entries

Each qualifying contribution earns entries into the quarterly $500 prize draw as follows:

  • Reviews: 1 entry per platform, up to 3 entries (Xero, QuickBooks, G2 and/or Google).  G2 also qualifies for a $25 gift card incentive.
  • Social image posts: 1 entry per channel
  • Social video posts: 5 entries per channel
  • Case studies: 3 entries
  • LinkedIn skills update: 1 entry

Joiin reserves the right to determine whether a contribution qualifies and how many entries it receives, in line with these Terms and Conditions.


7. 2026 Prize Draw Dates

Prize draws will take place on the following dates. All eligible entries received within the timeframe will be included:

  • Q2: 1st July 2026 (entries from 8th Apr 2026 to 30th Jun 2026)
  • Q3: 1st October 2026 (entries from 1st July 2026 to 30th Sept 2026)
  • Q4: 4th January 2027 (entries from 1st Oct 2026 to 31st Dec 2026)


8. Prize

Each quarterly winner will receive $500. Joiin will arrange payment using a method it considers appropriate.

The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitute will be offered unless Joiin decides otherwise.


9. Winner Selection and Contact

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within the relevant draw period.

Joiin will contact winners using the details provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, Joiin reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


10. Use of Content

By participating, you agree that Joiin may repost, reference, quote, or feature your content across its website, marketing materials, social media, campaigns, and customer stories.

Joiin will not materially alter the meaning of your content without good reason.


11. Data and Privacy

Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with Joiin’s privacy practices and applicable data protection laws.


12. Changes and Interpretation

Joiin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw Joiin Rewards or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

All decisions regarding eligibility, entries, and prize draw administration are final.


13. Separate Programmes

We also have affiliate and reseller programmes that run alongside Joiin Rewards, each with their own terms.
