How do I connect Stripe to Joiin?
Open the new Connections tab in Joiin (sitting alongside Companies), select Stripe, and authorise the connection through a secure OAuth flow. No API keys. No manual setup.
What kind of businesses can use the Stripe connector?
Any business that uses Stripe. Ecommerce stores, subscription businesses, agencies, services companies, marketplaces, hospitality operators. If Stripe processes your payments, the connector works.
What Stripe data does Joiin sync?
The breadth of your Stripe data, including customers, subscriptions, payments, payouts, refunds, disputes and products. All read-only and clearly linked back to its Stripe connection.
Is the connection two-way?
No. Stripe data flows into Joiin as read-only Non-Financial Data. Nothing is written back to Stripe. Your Stripe account stays your source of truth.
