Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, Joiin – Get Connected, London 20206


Promoter
The prize draw is organised by Joiin Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10881174), with its registered office at George Parker Bidder Building, Babbage Way, Clyst Honiton, Exeter, England EX5 2FN.

 

Eligibility
The “Who’s the Best Bean Counter?” prize draw is open to attendees aged 18 or over attending Get Connected on March 5th at Woolwich, London. Joiin employees are excluded. Get Connected by Intuit QuickBooks on 5 March 2026.


How to Enter
To enter, attendees:

  • Guess the number of jellybeans in each jar
  • Consolidate the total number of jellybeans across all jars
  • Provide answer, name, job title, business name and email address on the entry card
  • Place the completed “Who’s the Best Bean Counter?” entry card into the designated entry container at the Joiin stand
  • Entries submitted via any other method will not be accepted


Entry Limit
One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be excluded.


Prize
One 2025 Apple iPad 11″. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.


Winner Selection

  • The winner will be the entrant whose consolidated total is closest to the correct total number of jellybeans across all jars.
  • If more than one entry has the same closest guess, one winner will be selected at random from those entries.
  • The winner’s details will not be publicly disclosed without their explicit consent.


Draw Date
The prize draw will take place by 5pm Wednesday 11 March 2026.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided by 5pm Friday 13 March 2026.

 

Unclaimed Prize If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant at Joiin’s discretion.

 

Data Protection
Personal data submitted will be used to administer the prize draw and to contact entrants with relevant B2B communications from Joiin, including product updates, insights and event information. Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Joiin’s Privacy Policy.


Final provisions
Joiin reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time where necessary. 
The decision of Joiin is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
