As we reach the end of March 2021, we’re reflecting on what’s been an exciting first quarter for us here at Joiin, with customer numbers rising, lots of feature releases and new trials up.
We’ve been delighted to welcome more of you onboard, with a whopping 30% increase in customers during this period, smashing all of our forecasted revenue targets.
And that’s not all.
› With 20 new features and updates released this quarter, we’ve been able to action our customers’ requests and improve the user experience. With lots of hard work put in by our dev team.
› 220 support tickets have been answered by our customer experience team.
› Our latest partnership with Sage and on-boarding of their users has been a resounding success with a 20% increase in new trial users.
As a company with a global customer base, we feel privileged to be working with people from all over the world. This March we collaborated with Alpha Pro Partners on a live webinar that extended our reach into the UAE, opening us up to a major new audience and enabling us to demonstrate the ease with which Joiin consolidates in different currencies. We’re currently progressing with further collaborations in New Zealand, Singapore and the USA, all due in the coming months.
