Joiin Rewards Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 8th April 2026. Updated 1st July 2026 to include customer referrals.

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Joiin Rewards, including swag and the quarterly $500 prize draws.

1. Promoter

The promoter of Joiin Rewards and the associated prize draws is Joiin Ltd.


2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are customers or users of the Joiin platform.
Employees of Joiin Ltd are excluded from the prize draw.


3. What Joiin Rewards Covers

Joiin Rewards is a customer advocacy programme that recognises and rewards individuals who share their experience of using Joiin or refer other businesses to the platform.

Qualifying contributions may include reviews, customer stories, videos, social posts, LinkedIn profile updates referencing Joiin, customer referrals, or opting in as a product champion.


4. Ways to Take Part

You can participate in Joiin Rewards by:

  • Leaving a review on Xero, QuickBooks, G2 and/or Google
  • Sharing a short post or video
  • Taking part in a Joiin case study
  • Adding Joiin to your LinkedIn skills
  • Referring a business or client to Joiin
  • Opting in as a Joiin product champion

If you share content on social media, we encourage you to publish on LinkedIn and tag @Joiin. You may also share the same content across other platforms. Please refer to joiin.co/rewards for full details about the programme.

To claim entries and swag, email [email protected] once you have made a contribution, including a link to what you have shared or the details of your referral. Contributions are not entered into the prize draw until they have been submitted by email and verified by the Joiin team.

5. Customer Referrals

Customer referrals are open to existing Joiin customers from 1st July 2026.

  • A qualifying referral is a business or client that is new to Joiin, has not previously held a Joiin subscription or active trial, is not an active sales prospect already in conversation with the Joiin team, and signs up following your introduction.
  • Each referred business will receive a discount on their Joiin subscription. Details of the current referral offer are available at joiin.co/rewards.
  • Referral entries and swag are awarded once the referred business becomes a paying Joiin subscriber.
  • Referred businesses must not share ownership, management, or an email domain with the referrer. Self-referrals do not qualify. A maximum of three qualifying referrals per participant per quarter will count towards prize draw entries.

Joiin reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies.


6. Swag

Participants who make at least one qualifying contribution in a quarter will receive one item of exclusive Joiin swag for that quarter. Swag is limited to one item per participant per quarter, regardless of the number of contributions made. Joiin may substitute swag items depending on availability.


7. Prize Draw Entries

Each qualifying contribution earns entries into the quarterly $500 prize draw as follows:

  • Reviews: 1 entry per platform, up to 3 entries (Xero, QuickBooks, G2 and/or Google). G2 also qualifies for a $25 gift card incentive.
  • Social image posts: 1 entry per channel
  • Social video posts: 5 entries per channel
  • Case studies: 3 entries
  • LinkedIn skills update: 1 entry
  • Customer referrals: 5 entries per qualifying referred business
  • Product champion opt-in: 2 entries, awarded once per participant on joining

Joiin reserves the right to determine whether a contribution qualifies and how many entries it receives, in line with these Terms and Conditions.


8. 2026 Prize Draw Dates

Prize draws will take place on the following dates. All eligible entries received within the timeframe will be included:

  • Q2: 1st July 2026 (entries from 8th Apr 2026 to 30th Jun 2026)
  • Q3: 1st October 2026 (entries from 1st July 2026 to 30th Sept 2026)
  • Q4: 4th January 2027 (entries from 1st Oct 2026 to 31st Dec 2026)


9. Prize

Each quarterly winner will receive $500. Joiin will arrange payment using a method it considers appropriate.

The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitute will be offered unless Joiin decides otherwise.

10. Fair Play and Verification

All contributions are reviewed by the Joiin team before entries or rewards are confirmed. To qualify:

  • Entries must be submitted by email to [email protected] from an email address associated with an active Joiin account.
  • Contributions must be genuine and made by the participant in their own name or that of their business. Contributions from duplicate, fake, or newly created accounts do not qualify.
  • Reviews must be verifiable on the relevant platform and attributable to the participant. A maximum of one review entry per platform per person applies across the lifetime of the programme.
  • Social posts must be publicly visible on an established account belonging to the participant.
  • Referrals are subject to the additional conditions set out in the Customer Referrals section.

Joiin reserves the right to decline any contribution, withhold or reclaim entries and rewards, and remove any participant from the programme where it reasonably believes these terms have been breached or the programme is being misused. Verification of identity and customer status may be required before any prize is paid.


11. Winner Selection and Contact

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within the relevant draw period.

Joiin will contact winners using the details provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, Joiin reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


12. Use of Content

By participating, you agree that Joiin may repost, reference, quote, or feature your content across its website, marketing materials, social media, campaigns, and customer stories.

Joiin will not materially alter the meaning of your content without good reason.


13. Data and Privacy

Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with Joiin’s privacy practices and applicable data protection laws.


14. Changes and Interpretation

Joiin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw Joiin Rewards or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

All decisions regarding eligibility, entries, and prize draw administration are final.


15. Partner Programmes

Customer referrals are part of Joiin Rewards. Our wider Partner Programme, covering affiliate and reseller partnerships, runs alongside Joiin Rewards with its own terms.
