We’ve just released some great new features that we think you’re going to love. When we built Joiin, it was with our users in mind – we wanted to build a product that made reporting as painless as possible for our customers, with features they needed. We’ve kept this ethos at the forefront of any developments we make, which is why we’re proud to say that our updates always include features requested in the feedback we receive from you.

The Sales by Customer Report is the first in a new series of Sales and Purchasing based reports which are built from Invoice and Bills/Purchase Order data.
This report is in BETA which means it is only available to customers who request it – if you want to take a look then let us know through any of our contact channels and we’ll switch it on for you. We’re looking for feedback and are waiting and ready to modify and improve them based on your needs – so get in touch now.
Introducing our new Configuration page which is a central place for controlling how Joiin works. We’ll be adding settings to this page over the coming months. We’ve started by adding the ability to control how Joiin consolidates and displays accounts.
By default Joiin consolidates accounts on multiple companies based on the Account Code and Name. Now you can change that to consolidate only based on Code or only based on Name – and you can also select whether the Name and/or Code are displayed.
Now you can quickly create a copy of a Custom Report. A popular request from our user base this one. Saves you a lot of time re-creating your carefully crafted custom reports all over again. Simply click the Copy button.
Now it’s quicker to link a Xero or QuickBooks company with Joiin. We’ve saved you time by skipping the configuration step – we set default values for you so you can get running reports quicker. If you need to go back and change the import data dates you can do that easily as before.
Now you can view the report data for each company in its own column and the total consolidated amounts in a final column. This has been requested by lots of users and we’re happy it’s now available.
Simply select the new By Company option from the Compare To drop-down and you’re all set.
Now you can view your Budget information from Xero or QuickBooks directly in Joiin!
Using the Joiin Custom Reports feature you can choose to display the budget info alongside the actual amounts in your consolidated reports. Joiin automatically pulls the budget data from Xero or QuickBooks and consolidates it to provide a consolidated budget figure.
Combined with the flexibility of Custom Reports Joiin is now more powerful than ever.
We hate to admit there are bugs in Joiin – but all software has them. We monitor things closely though and do our best to identify, troubleshoot and fix issues as quickly as possible – often before you’ve even noticed. This release contains lots of fixes and improvements to make Joiin operate even more smoothly.
