Today, Accounting Refigured returns to Dubai for a full day of talks, panels and live demonstrations.
AR26 is built for CFOs, finance leaders, firm owners and partners working across the GCC. The single-stage programme covers some of the biggest subjects facing the profession right now, including e-invoicing, AI, real-time reporting, automation, credit and the changing finance technology stack.
What’s on the agenda?
E-invoicing is a major focus, with sessions exploring what compliance looks like, how to prepare systems and the practical side of introducing it across a firm.
AI gets the same grounded treatment. Speakers will share where it is already saving time across accounting practices, where it still falls short and how firms can introduce new tools while maintaining proper oversight.
There will also be conversations about embedded finance, digital assets, transfer pricing, growing finance teams and what banks want to see from businesses in 2026.
This isn’t a day of lengthy presentations and product pitches, the programme mixes short talks, panels, fireside conversations and live demonstrations, with time to meet other people working across finance in the region.
Speakers from across GCC finance
The line-up brings together speakers from accounting firms, finance teams, banks, technology businesses and professional bodies.
Ayman Kaouri of Scope Solutions will open and close the event, with contributions from Wio Bank, Wafeq, ICAEW, PwC, EY, Zoho, Kudwa, Pemo, Mazeed, Smooth Accounting, PureHealth and others.
Carl Reader of DT Group will deliver the headline keynote, The Death of the Grinder. And a Women in Finance panel will look at progress across the GCC and what still needs to change.
The programme is CPD certified, with ICAEW supporting the event and ACCA and ICAP among its educational partners.
